1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between you (the user) and 777fee regarding your use of the platform. They apply to all services available on 777fee including but not limited to live casino, slots, sports betting, fish games, the mobile application, and all bonus and promotional offers.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet or playing any game on 777fee, you confirm that you accept these terms without reservation. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. • Deposits must originate from payment accounts in the account holder's own name.
• 777fee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals, which may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

Before a withdrawal is processed, 777fee may request identity verification or payment method verification. This is standard procedure and is intended to protect account holders from unauthorised withdrawals. Failing to complete verification when requested will delay the processing of your withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method as the corresponding deposit where possible.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777fee offers bonuses and promotional credits to account holders. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• One bonus per promotion per account — exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• 777fee reserves the right to cancel bonus credits if there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• Bonuses have expiry periods — unused bonus credit that expires is forfeited.
• Cricket betting bonuses covering PSL or T20 markets may have minimum odds requirements — refer to individual promotion terms.
• 777fee reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game play on 777fee are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement except in circumstances where 777fee declares a market void — for example, when a cricket match is abandoned due to weather. In-play betting markets close or update in real time; it is the player's responsibility to verify odds before placing a bet.

For fish games and casino slots, the outcome of each round is determined by a certified random number generator. 777fee does not control or manipulate game outcomes. Game results and betting outcomes are recorded in your account history and are final.

• All placed bets and confirmed game rounds are final and cannot be reversed.
• 777fee reserves the right to void bets where a market error, technical fault or data feed error has occurred.
• Cricket and PSL market results are determined by official match outcomes as reported by the relevant sporting body.
• Fish game outcomes and casino slot results are generated by certified random number generation systems.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, the round outcome may be voided and your stake returned.
• Live casino streaming issues caused by network problems on your end do not entitle you to a refund of bets placed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777fee. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.

In the event of account closure due to a terms breach, any balance associated with bonus winnings may be forfeited. Deposit amounts that are clearly identifiable and not subject to active dispute may be returned at 777fee's discretion after an investigation.
